Pickup for today since: In this widget, the reservations for today which have been made or cancelled in the last 24 hours are shown.
Occupancy this week: In this widget the occupancy based on your BOB/Actuals for the upcoming week is visualized. Moreover, the occupancy is compared to the occupancy of last week, last month and last year at the same moment in time.
Pickup alert: This widget shows the days for which there are a lot of reservations/cancellations. When the amount of reservations/cancellations which are made in the last 24 hours exceeds the threshold, the date will show up.
Budget: In this widget the budgets, the BOB and the Actuals of the previous year are compared.
Competition: In this widget an overview is visualized the prices of the hotel and the prices of the competitors. The colours show whether the competitors are cheaper or more expensive in comparison to the hotel, green prices mean the competitors are more expensive, red prices mean the competitors are cheaper. The flame in front of the prices shows the price is non-refundable and the croissant shows the price is including breakfast. The triangles behind the prices show whether the competitors have raised or lowered their prices.
Weather: In this widget the weather for the upcoming 7 days is shown.
Events: In this widget the occurring events in the current month are shown. The colour highlights the importance of the event. By clicking on the blue calendar, it is possible to go forward or back in time.
Rates: In this widget an overview is shown of the recommended and published prices and the MLOS for the upcoming two weeks.
