Under the tab ''Business on the Books'' there are multiple reports.





Business on the Books: this report gives insight in the reservations which the hotel has in the books. 


In the first table the data for the selected KPI's is shown. The KPI's can be selected in the column. The shown information is a combination of historical and future data, the days with a star* behind the date are in the past, the others are in the future. In the second table the pickup is visualised, which means the reservations/cancellations which are made in the previous 24 hours. The reservations/cancellations made in a longer period of time, can be shown by selecting those dates under date from .. to ...


In the standard set up, the upcoming four months are shown. However, a longer or shorter period of time can be shown by changing the number of months under show. Moreover, it is possible to show all the data per segment by switching the segment button. All reports can be exported to Excel, by clicking on the export button. In Excel, every month has a separate tab and all the data is in the correct form to use in a formula.





Pickup today: In this report the same information as in the Business on the Books report is shown, however this report focusses on the pickup. This means the focus is on the reservations/cancellations which are made in the previous 24 hours. The reservations/cancellations made in a longer period of time, can be shown by selecting those dates under date from .. to ...





Pickup alert: In this report an overview of the KPI's is shown. In the second table the amount of reservations/cancellations which have been made in the last 24 hours is visualized and in the next table these are split into segments. The reservations/cancellations made in a longer period of time, can be shown by selecting those dates under date from .. to ...


The bottom table gives an overview of the days, for which in the previous 24 hours (or another date range), more reservations/cancellations are made then the threshold. By clicking on the specific date, you will be redirected to the Rate Calendar to change the price. Additionally, this report can be emailed to the users every night.





Lead Time Overview: In this report the leadtime per date is shown, this date can be selected by date arrival. The leadtime can be shown in both numbers and percentages. 





Compare History BOB: This report compares the reservations which are in your books, with the reservations the hotel had in the books last year/month/week, at the same moment in time. At presets it is possible to select the moment in time, the data is compared to.


The data visualized in the first table is the exact same data as in the BOB reports, however the second table shows the previously BOB data. The third table compares the first table with the second tables and highlights the differences. When the number is red, it means you are behind on last year/month/week and when the number is green is means you are performing better than last year/month/week.





Compare History Actuals/BOB: This report compares the reservations which are in the books with the actuals of last year/month/week. At presets it is possible to select the moment in time, the data is compared to.


The data visualized in the first table is the exact same data as in the BOB reports, however the second table shows the Actuals of previous year/month/week. The third table compares the first table with the second tables and highlights the differences. When the number is red, it means you are behind on last year/month/week and when the number is green is means you are performing better than last year/month/week.





Compare History Actuals/Actuals: This report compares the Actuals of the current month, with the actuals of last year/month/week. At presets it is possible to select the moment in time, the data is compared to.


The first table shows the data of last year/month/week and the second table shows the data of this month. The third table shows the difference between those two moments. The third table compares the first table with the second tables and highlights the differences. When the number is red, it means you are behind on last year/month/week and when the number is green is means you are performing better than last year/month/week.





Compare History Pickup: This report compares the current pickup, with the pickup of a moment in the past.The reservations/cancellations made in a longer period of time, can be shown by selecting those dates under date from .. to ... At presets it is possible to select the moment in time, the data is compared to.


The first table shows the data of last year/month/week and in the second table the data of this month is shown. The third table compares the first table with the second tables and highlights the differences. When the number is red, it means you are behind on last year/month/week and when the number is green is means you are performing better than last year/month/week.





Room Type Availability: This report shows the room type availability for a certain period in time. This period can be set by date from ... to .... When there is an exclamation mark in front of the room type, it means the room is sold out. 





Monthly Report: This report gives an overview of the performances of the hotel in a certain period of time. 


The report consists of 6 parts. The first part is the Actuals, which shows the performances per KPI of that certain period of time and compared them to the budget and actuals of the previous year. The second report is the Occupancy/And Rate By Arrival Date, which shows your occupancy and published rate and compares them to the published rates of the competitors. 


The third report shows the publish BAR rates and the history per day. The fourth report is the Pickup By Month During Month, which provides an overview per month of the made reservations/cancellations for the upcoming 12 months. The fifth report is the Pickup During Month By Day report, which compares the BOB at the beginning of that month, with the actuals at the end of the month. Additionally, the pickup and the BOB is compared. 


The last function is Revenue Managers Comments, in which the managers have the possibility to leave notes for themselves or colleagues.
