Under this tab, there are multiple settings which help to determine the recommended rate.
Min Daily Rates: When determining the occupancy based recommended rate, a minimum rate must be set. In this screen users can fill in the minimum rate per month and per day.
The Min Daily Rate ensures that when in RevControl Auto Publish is enabled, the system will never go below the minimum rate.
Hotels might have the possibility to select different room types in the grey bar. If multiple room types can be selected, the Min Daily Rates need to be filled in for every room type separately.
Max Daily Rates: In this screen users can set their maximum rate. When in RevControl Auto Publish is enabled, the system will never go above the maximum rate.
Hotels might have the possibility to select different room types in the grey bar. If multiple room types can be selected, the Max Daily Rates need to be filled in for every room type separately.
Occupancy Supplements: In this screen, the second part of the occupancy based rate needs to be set. Depending upon the size of the hotel, occupancy hurdles are determined. When the forecast reaches the hurdle, a supplement will be added to the Min Daily Rate.
The hotel needs to fill in these supplements, based on their own pricing strategy. Please note that the supplements are not cumulative and the supplements are based on the forecast.

Minimum LOS: In this screen hotels can enable a minimum length of stay restriction per day, per month, per occupancy hurdle. When RevControl forecasts the hotel to be occupied for a certain percentage, the MLOS will automatically be enabled. The MLOS is a stay through restriction, so when it is applied to the Saturday, guests need to stay Friday - Saturday - Sunday or Saturday - Sunday - Monday.
