An exceptionally high rate recommendation could be the result of a hotel in your competitive set that has not yet updated it’s prices for a particular date. Since our competitor based rate recommendation is calculated based on the competitor rates, these high deviating prices can have a large impact on your recommendation.

How to resolve this issue?
Hotels that are used in your competitor-based price recommendation can be enabled and disabled in the competitor index menu. A fix for the unreasonably high price recommendation is to temporarily disable the hotel that is offering these high prices. Note: Do not forget to enable the hotel when their prices are updated.
