Compare History BOB
This report compares the reservations that are in your books with the reservations the hotel had in the books last year/month/week, at the same moment in time. You can select the moment in time in the blue bar. This moment represents the actuals from the past. For example, you can compare what you currently have in the books for a date this summer with the results from last year for the same date.
The data visualized in the first table is the exact same as in the Business on the Books reports. The second table shows the actuals from the previous year/month/week. The third table compares the first table with the second table and highlights the differences. If the number is red, it means you are behind compared to last year/month/week, and if the number is green, it means you are performing better than last year/month/week.
Compare History Actuals / BOB
This report compares the reservations that are in the books with the actuals of last year/month/week. You can select the moment in time to compare with the blue bar. This moment in time shows the actuals from the past. For example, you can compare what you currently have on the books for a date next summer with the results from last summer for that specific day.
The data visualized in the first table is exactly the same as in the Business on the Books reports. The second table shows the actuals of the previous year/month/week. The third table compares the first table with the second table and highlights the differences. Compare History Actuals / Actuals
This report compares the current month's actuals with those of last year/month/week. In the blue bar, you can select the moment in time. Here, you can choose two different periods in the past to compare. For example, what are the results for a specific day this year compared to the results for the same day last year.
The first table displays the data for last year/month/week, while the second table shows the data for this month. The third table presents the difference between those two moments. It compares the first table with the second table and highlights the variances.
Compare History Pickup
This report compares the current pickup with the pickup from a moment in the past. Reservations/cancellations over a longer period can be shown by selecting that data under date from .. to .... In the blue bar, it is possible to select the moment in time with which the data is compared.
